Coronavirus Update – 25 March 2020

Covid-19 Update from Bann Mobility

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff are our top priorities at this challenging time. With the recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we have therefore adopted new processes to keep our customers and staff safe at all times.

Revised opening hours

As Occupational Therapists and the families of patients being discharged from hospital still have essential requests for equipment (eg commodes, raised toilet seats), we are opening from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday to look after these people.

Visiting our premises

Only one customer will be admitted to our premises at a time.  We will adhere to the social distancing rule of 2 metres and we would respectfully ask all customers to do likewise.  Our staff regularly use hand sanitiser and this is available for customers to use too. If you would prefer to remain in your vehicle, please call us on 028 3833 5771 and we can place products in your vehicle. We would prefer that all payments are made by credit or debit card at this time.

How to contact us

If you have any questions about product specifications or product availability, please phone or email us.  Telephone calls and emails will be responded to from 9am to 5pm each weekday.  Our contact details are:

Telephone: 028 3833 5771

Email: info@bannmobility.com

Our online shop

Our online shop is open (www.bannmobility.com/shop) and you can order products directly there.  Products will be delivered to you by our delivery team, by courier or by Royal Mail.  If our delivery team are delivering products to your home, we will not enter your property but will ring your doorbell, leave the product on your doorstep and stay at least two metres away while you bring the product into your home.

Emergency repairs

If you encounter a fault or issue with any of your products, your first step should be to call us on 028 3833 5771.  We will try to identify the problem over the phone and may ask you to send us photographs.

Should we need to visit your home (eg for a stairlift repair), we will wear gloves, use hand sanitiser and ensure that we stay 2 metres away from anyone in the house.  Other products (eg mobility scooters) could be brought to our premises for repair and we will ensure that the product is cleaned with anti-bacterial spray before returning to you.
