Shipping Costs
We offer free delivery for all orders over £100 (excluding VAT) to be sent to addresses in the UK and Ireland. This does not include the Scottish Island and Highlands where an additional cost will be charged.
There will be a delivery charge for all orders which are less then £100 (excluding VAT). The charges are as follows:
- Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales £8.50
- Republic of Ireland £10.00
Shipping Timescales
Once you have ordered products within our online shop, orders will be processed and shipped within two working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow three additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Free pickup at Bann Mobility showroom
You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup at the Bann Mobility showroom at Carn Industrial Estate, Portadown. After placing your order and selecting pickup at Bann Mobility at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 12 noon on Saturday mornings. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
We will be following the current COVID-19 precautions but we would respectfully ask you to wear a mask, sanitise your hands and keep a two metre distance from Bann Mobility staff when entering the showroom. If you prefer, you can call us on 028 3833 5771 from your car and we can place your order directly in the boot of your car.
